Fuel Price Adjustment (FPA)
Fuel Price Adjustment (FPA), Pakistan has the highest electricity production from oil and FESCO involves fuel costs for power production companies. FC Surcharge

Fixed Charges
A fixed amount is also collected from each customer FESCO in the form of Meter Rent. This fee is charged from customers regardless of their electrical usage in the homes or businesses they own. However, the good news is that this fee has been eased today.
GST
Apart from the all the above mentioned taxes, the user of FESCO also has to pay General Sales Tax (GST) on their bills. In the case of billing amount of consumer the amount of tax also has been identified as a bill amount. 17% of the total cost of electricity is added to your fesco bill as GST.
QTR Tariff
QTR tariff implies the amount of tariff adjustment made per quarter. This amount will make an appearance in your electricity bills approximately every three months.
TR Surcharge
T.R stands for Tariff Rationalization. It tells how much NEPRA tariff is higher or lower than GOP tariff. Its aim is to decrease the gross power subsidy and maintain the electricity rates level across the regions with the application of cross-subsidies. TV Fees

You can collect as request application form for new connection from the concern SDO free of cost. Application form needs to be completed and has to be then to be handed over to the clerical staff of Sub-Division Office.
